There's nothing like doing yoga in a beautiful setting, and for book lovers like me, practicing in a library is particularly inspiring. This free, vinyasa, beginner-level yoga class is perfect for adults and bookworms.

No experience is required, this will be a beginner level yoga flow class. So regardless of whether you are new to yoga or have practiced in the past, you will feel welcome and comfortable.
