This is an office chair yoga and meditation class for employees of Oasis-Smithers. Bring water and wear comfortable clothing.

If you enjoy yoga and meditation as much as I do, this will be an ideal class for you. This is a free chair yoga, beginner-level class.

No experience is required, as the class will be demonstrated in multiple levels. So regardless of whether you are new to yoga or have practiced in the past, you will feel welcome and comfortable.
